KS Beauty Company do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please enter the correct address when checking out so the package can be delivered correctly and promptly. Once the order is placed, we are unable to make any changes in our system. We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that is confirmed by carrier it has been delivered.

Process Time

All orders are subject to a processing that is separated from shipping time Processing (2-3 business days) this does not include weekends and holidays.

When order is shipped out you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Delivery Claim

If you experience a non-delivered shipment or your tracking information shows package was delivered and you did not receive it CONTACT CARRIER KS Beauty Company is not responsible for any delivery errors once out of our possession.
